These terms govern use of Ignite 6 Desk at ignite6.grok.me (“the desk”). By creating an account or using the desk, you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].
The service
Ignite 6 Desk is a coaching workspace. Athletes log or connect recovery, sleep, nutrition, and training data. Assigned coaches can review that data, set targets, and leave notes. The desk is a software tool, not a medical device and not a substitute for a physician, dietitian, or licensed trainer in your jurisdiction.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your login and for activity under your account. Coaches may invite athletes with an IGN code and additional coaches with a STAFF code. Do not share codes outside your coaching relationship. We may suspend accounts that abuse invites, impersonate others, or attempt to access another user’s data.
Your data
You retain the information you enter. You grant Ignite 6 a limited license to store and display it so the desk can function for you and your assigned coaches. Wearable connections (WHOOP, Oura) are optional; those providers authenticate you directly and their own terms also apply. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Use the desk only for legitimate coaching. Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to bypass access controls. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share. Do not use the desk to provide medical diagnosis or emergency care.
No medical advice
Recovery scores, sleep stages, heart-rate estimates, calorie models, volume, TUT, EPOC, and similar numbers are estimates for coaching context. They are not clinical measurements. You are responsible for how you train, eat, and recover, including consulting qualified professionals when needed.
Availability
We provide the desk “as is.” Features, APIs, and third-party connections may change or go down. We are not liable for lost logs, missed syncs, or decisions made from desk data, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Ending use
You can stop using the desk at any time and email us to delete your account. We may end access if these terms are broken or if we shut down the service. After deletion, we keep only what the law requires.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
